We've got you covered! The Museum offers extended hours during the week as well as special exhibits, including Aloha Vaqueros, the Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Western Art Show and Sale a special America 250 Exhibit highlighting presidential visits to Cheyenne, our new Year of the American Indian exhibit, as well as a display of this year's championship saddles!

Park and Ride

Take advantage of the Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Park-n-Ride service! Available for $20 per vehicle. Park-n-Ride will be paid by credit card only. Buses will travel between Park-n-Ride and Frontier Park all day long. A quick five minute bus ride directly to the celebration! The Park-n-Ride will be at I-25 and Happy Jack. (Heading Northbound on I-25, take exit 10D and southbound on I-25, take exit 10D.)

Shuttle Hours to Frontier Park â€‹

  • July 17-25: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 a.m.

  • July 26: 10:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Other Parking Options:

Frontier Park Parking

Frontier Park public parking is available for $25 per vehicle. Parking will be paid by credit card only. Access to the park via Warren Ave. or Carey Ave. No overnight camping permitted. Parking lots close at 1 a.m.

Handicapped/ Assisted Parking

Designated parking areas are set aside in B Lot or at the Park-n-Ride.

Tour Buses, Charter Buses, Shuttle Buses, Passenger Vans, Limousines, and Town Cars

  • Tour Buses will drop off guests at Public Transportation

​

  • After visitors depart, drivers will proceed to the Park and Ride for Tour/Charter/Shuttle Buses, Passenger Vans, Limousines & Town Cars; at the entrance for the parking located at 5500 Education Blvd., parking tokens will be given.

​

  • Drivers will need allow approximately 1 hour to return to Public Transportation, and retrieve patrons.  Shuttles for the tour bus drivers will run every 20 minutes.

​

  • Tour buses are authorized to load and drop off passengers only at the bus loading zone at Public Transportation.

​

  • If you’re a group leader, motor coach operator, tour operator or driver seeking assistance regarding parking or passenger drop off/pick up, please call (307)778-7222. Tour operators and/or bus drivers are encouraged to contact the Ticket Office in advance if an alternate point of drop off must be arranged due to a mobility requirement

Museum Location

Where is the Museum located at? 

When you're at the park, we are on the North side of the new Morning Star American Indian Village and after the Old Frontier Town.
