Renee' Piskorski

Renee Piskorski draws inspiration from the beauty of the wild and its creatures, which has always been her passion. As a resident of Wyoming, she is fortunate to have the opportunity to capture the natural surroundings of birds and animals in oil. Despite the fleeting glimpses of her subjects, Renee focuses on capturing their gestures, expressions, movements, and moments in time. Her exceptional work has earned her various accolades and awards, including the Old West Museum Purchase Award in 2012, the Roger Tory Peterson Award for Exceptional Artist for Outstanding Depictions of the Natural World in 2014, and twice awarded Best of Show for the Wyoming Conservation Stamp Competition. In 2017, her painting "Prairie Fire" was chosen as the Cheyenne Frontier Days limited edition print.
